At Umaisha, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and convenient. We currently deliver our products across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most cities and regions across Saudi Arabia, subject to courier availability.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the order details have been confirmed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

From time to time, Umaisha may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through the contact information supplied during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery is delayed, unsuccessful, or returned because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, or could not be contacted, we may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Full name

- Mobile number

- City

- Delivery address

- Other required delivery information

Umaisha is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact Umaisha Customer Support as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our return and refund policy.
